Working at U.S. Bank
I joined U.S. Bank as a Content Experience Designer supporting Consumer Deposits, In-Branch, and Phone segments.
On each of my three teams, I was responsible for content strategy, design, and execution for multiple projects at once.
· Collaborated closely with Visual Experience Designers creating customer-centric web and mobile flows for clients to easily use products.
· Worked with Product, Development, Leadership, Compliance, Translation, and Legal bringing projects live ahead of schedule.
· Gave and received feedback and insight within UX writing group and contributed to content style guide.
· Compiled competitive research to guide content strategy before project kickoffs.
· Spearheaded initiative to streamline communication between off-shore Development and on-shore UX design. Resulted in completing UX tasks up to two-sprints before Development hand off.
